Orders are processed within 2-3 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery is 5-10 business days within the USA, depending on your location. Some orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

4. International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, weather, or high order volume. We appreciate your patience and will help track down any order that seems significantly delayed.

6. Order Tracking

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to redirect packages once shipped, and are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
