REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our policy below before requesting a return or refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the personal care nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened, unused items in their original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used topical products (including oils, serums, and cleansers).

Tools and accessories (e.g., tweezers, gua sha) may be returned if unused and in original packaging within 30 days.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at shopgentlybare@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

3. Allergic Reactions or Skin Sensitivity

We recommend patch testing before full use. If you experience irritation, please discontinue use and contact us at shopgentlybare@gmail.com we handle these on a case-by-case basis and want to make it right, even though we cannot always accept opened product back for standard returns.

4. How to Start a Return

Email shopgentlybare@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll provide instructions on where to send your item.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used topical products
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale/clearance items

8. Late or Missing Refunds
